Founded in 2024, The Scottish Fruit Bread Co. is the passion project of Sebastian Kobelt, a renowned Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, who comes from a long line of family bakers dating back to 1920s Berlin.
With an extensive career in hospitality, working in some of the world’s finest hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, Sebastian wanted to bring a modern twist to a traditional recipe.
